The Burning Halo

The Burning Halo is intended as a bonus offering and is not the actual successor to Arcana Rain Fell. The motivation for this special release is to present the Draconian sound, past and present, as a whole with an honnest face. It begins with three dismal and doomy sounding tracks of brand new material in the same van as the previous album, followed by another triology of song taken from the never officially released demo The Closed Eyes Of Paradise (1999) - here now in new and improved versions. These tracks show the more darkly romantic and gothic elevation of theDraconian sound - and with the encouragemant of our great fans - we decided to bring them back to life. We close the album with covers from two noteworthy sources of inspiration from the early seventies.
